  • Location: Phoenix, Arizona (Tatum & Shea) - will also travel to our Scottsdale location

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide hands-on support across all Medical Assistant functions, including clinic coverage
  • Coordinate daily MA schedules and ensure balanced workload distribution
  • Monitor team performance and assist the Office Manager with training, onboarding, and workflow consistency
  • Lead quality assurance efforts, including competency checks and Standard of Care audits
  • Serve as the first point of contact for MA-related concerns from patients and staff
  • Oversee MA inboxes, voicemails, portal messages, and prescription lines to ensure timely follow-up
  • Support inventory management and office supply coordination
  • Promote a positive, team-oriented culture through mentorship and accountability

What We’re Looking For:

  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)- **Only candidates who currently hold a valid Medical Assistant certification or the ability to obtain w/in 90 days will be considered***
  • 3+ years of MA experience in a fast-paced setting
  • Medical oncology experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational and customer service skills
  • Compassionate, team-oriented, and adaptable personality
  • EMR experience and computer proficiency a plus
  • Positive, professional attitude with a team-first mindset and a passion for oncology care
