Hire Type: Contract-to-Hire (with full benefits)
Pay Range: $30.00 - $35.00/hour (W2)

Job Summary:
Oversee and perform maintenance, repair, and installation of equipment in a CNC machining environment. Ensure equipment reliability through preventive maintenance, timely repairs, and collaboration on new equipment installations.

Job Duties:
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manual and automated equipment, including electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
  • Perform preventive maintenance using blueprints and technical manuals.
  • Analyze and resolve equipment issues using PLC and CNC control panels.
  • Oversee maintenance documentation, certifications, and machine history.
  • Support installation, testing, and validation of new equipment.
  • Train and mentor maintenance staff, assign tasks, and ensure schedule adherence.
  • Lead maintenance functions during assigned shifts, providing guidance and support.
  • Assist with creating and tracking preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Identify and procure machine components and supplies as needed.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED (technical education preferred).
  • 5+ years of maintenance experience, including CNC equipment.
  • Previous lead or supervisory experience (minimum 1 year).
  • Knowledge of electrical schematics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to work overtime.
  • Strong safety focus and ability to work independently.
