Skills: Seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Line Cook to oversee our saut station and support the kitchen team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our members and guests. This is a key leadership role on the line, ideal for a strong cook who thrives under pressure, demonstrates excellent technique, and leads by example. Key Responsibilities: Execute all dishes from the saut station with consistency, precision, and attention to quality. Manage and guide line cooks during service, ensuring smooth and efficient operation across all stations. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in accordance with health and safety regulations. Support prep, service, and closing duties as needed. Communicate effectively with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to maintain standards and meet service expectations. Train and mentor junior staff to uphold culinary standards and foster team development. Monitor inventory and assist with ordering and mise en place planning. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with proven expertise at the saut station. Solid understanding of classical cooking techniques, including the seven mother sauces. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to stay calm, focused, and efficient in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Punctual, dependable, and self-motivated with a professional attitude. Team-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
