Job Purpose Assist Company management by performing related supervisory and management duties.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- Know cleaning specifications & standards in all client buildings. Complete required number of monthly inspections for each account using company app. Take corrective action as necessary.
- Address customer complaints within 24 hours.
- Check timekeeping app daily to ensure employees arrive to work locations. Fill in for absent employees; use existing employees to help if necessary.
- Check inventory and keep supplies stocked in company facility and customer buildings.
- Know budget for each client account, and assist to ensure they are adhered to.
- Complete daily/weekly cleaning in assigned accounts.
- Complete project work - carpet cleaning, hard surface floor care, window washing.
- Other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

- High school diploma.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Valid drivers license
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Some flexibility with schedule
