Responsibilities:Lead project teams to design and deliver end-to-end user experiences for digital platforms, focusing on both acquisition and service-oriented strategies.Translate high-level business objectives and complex workflows into clear, scalable information architectures, user journeys, and design artifacts.Drive design discussions and alignment by leading workshops with stakeholders across marketing, product, and engineering.Act as a thought leader, leveraging competitive analysis and data-driven insights to influence design strategy and best practices.Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to ensure design vision is maintained throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
