Data Center Technician As a Data Center Technician, you will be responsible for setting up and shutting down racks, hard drives, and switches while following detailed checklists and protocols. You'll perform quality checks on cabling, troubleshoot and replace faulty components, and manage hardware. The role also involves resolving rack issues, handling cable labeling and patch panels, and completing high-level tickets. Skills and Requirements 15+ years of experience as a Data Center Technician. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, servers, and components. Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and manage tasks without direct allocation.
