Responsibilities: Conduct daily housekeeping tasks, ensuring resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices are meticulously cleaned. Guarantee that all cleaning and sanitation procedures are followed to maintain safety and hygiene standards. Document cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety concerns to your supervisor. Adhere to infection control and universal precautions policies for a sanitary environment. Provide exceptional customer service through positive interactions with residents, staff, and visitors. Perform any additional duties assigned by your supervisor. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous housekeeping experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Maintain a positive attitude while effectively communicating with residents, administration, and HCSG leadership. Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required. Ability to lift and carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, and stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods. Ability to perform routine and repetitive tasks consistently. Willingness to work around cleaning products. Ability to follow both oral and written instructions. Residency in the service area is mandatory. Ready to Join Us?
