In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing our morning kitchen operations, with a strong focus on preparing high-quality breakfast dishes and creating delicious made-to-order omelets for our guests. Banquet experience is a must. Typical hours - 5am-1pm MUST HAVE CULINARY EXPERIENCE and WEEKEND AVAILABILITY. What You'll Do: Prepare a variety of breakfast dishes according to our high standards. Cook delicious made-to-order omelets with guest-requested ingredients. Maintain a clean and organized work station. Ensure food safety and sanitation procedures are followed. Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to deliver a seamless breakfast experience.
