Lead AM Cook

Are you a culinary leader who excels in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for crafting exceptional breakfast experiences? Embassy Suites by Hilton is looking for a talented and experienced Lead AM Cook to join our team!

In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing our morning kitchen operations, with a strong focus on preparing high-quality breakfast dishes and creating delicious made-to-order omelets for our guests. Banquet experience is a must.

Typical hours - 5am-1pm

MUST HAVE CULINARY EXPERIENCE and WEEKEND AVAILABILITY.

What You'll Do: Prepare a variety of breakfast dishes according to our high standards. Cook delicious made-to-order omelets with guest-requested ingredients. Maintain a clean and organized work station. Ensure food safety and sanitation procedures are followed. Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to deliver a seamless breakfast experience. Qualifications

Job requires standing for long periods of time, ability to lift up to 50 pounds and have good written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation Range

The compensation for this position is $23.00/Hr. - $25.00/Yr. based on qualifications and experience.
