Pay: $25 per hour + approx $7/hour in tips = $66,560 annualized

Our store is casual, but we do expect professionalism, punctuality, and an outgoing personality.Because chocolate and ice cream cravings do not follow a typical 9-5 schedule, availability to work some nights, weekends, and holidays is required. Hours range from 40-45 per week.

The Manager in Training will regularly exercise discretion in assisting the owners in managing the overall operation of the store. A majority of time is spent working on store operations, leading the team, and working in the kitchen on made-in-store products. The Manager in Training takes responsibility for customer satisfaction, team member supervision, quality control, and maintaining a well-trained team. Flexibility, strong communication skills, being coachable, and the desire to provide an excellent experience for customers is crucial to success in this position. Travel is required 2 times per year to off-site leadership retreats.
