bout the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Junior Project Manager / Executive ssistant to support our leadership team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for multitasking. You will assist in managing projects, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth operations across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: • Assist in planning, executing, and tracking projects from initiation to completion. •Coordinate between teams to ensure project deadlines and deliverables are met. •Prepare project reports, timelines, and status updates for stakeholders. •Identify and resolve project-related issues proactively. •Maintain project documentation and ensure alignment with business goals.
Executive Assistance: • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle travel arrangements for executives. •Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting agendas. •Take meeting notes and follow up on action items. •Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders. •Handle confidential information with discretion.
Operational Support: •Assist in process improvements and workflow optimization. •Coordinate and track budgets, invoices, and expense reports. •Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR-related tasks as needed. •Ensure office operations run smoothly by handling administrative duties.
Requirements: •Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. •Experience: 2-5 years in project management, executive assistance, or a similar role.
Skills: •Strong organizational and time management abilities. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.). •Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. •Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications: •Experience in a fast-paced startup or corporate environment. •Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. •Exposure to financial tracking, vendor management, or HR processes.
