Location: Spokane and surrounding communities. We are especially seeking caregivers who are open to daytime shifts, weekends, and who drive or are willing to commute between clients. Now hiring for full-time and part-time roles. Pay range: $20-$25/hour depending on client needs. What You Will Do: Help execute comprehensive personalized weekly schedules and care plans Complete Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in a safe and professional manner Supply personal companionship, remaining actively engaged with each client by providing ongoing social & emotional support Assist with personal care activities to include personal hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding and meal preparation Provide transportation to and from appointments as needed Administrative functions such as documentation of completion of tasks and report changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability, or behavior Qualifications

Required Skills, Education and Certifications: Active CNA or HCA License is required for work in Washington state Alzheimer's or Dementia experience is a plusEmpathy, compassion and kindness a MUSTAbility to use sound judgement and remain calm in a variety of situationsMust be reliable, dependable and on timeBasic computer skills as well as overall technical savviness Proof of eligibility to work in the .Can pass a background check and provide references Must have a reliable means of transportation to get to and from work – driving is strongly preferred.
