We are looking for a dedicated Staff Physician to join our team at the Abilene State Supported Living Center. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing high-quality medical services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and treat individuals with complex medical, psychiatric, and behavioral health needs Develop health care plans with measurable goals and interventions Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team processes Provide acute and chronic care, including medication management Collaborate with families, APRNs, PAs, and community medical providers

Essential Job Functions:

Deliver high-quality medical services in accordance with accepted practices Monitor and update treatment strategies based on health care trends Participate in planning conferences and support team meetings Ensure accurate and timely medical documentation

Requirements:

MD or DO from an accredited college of medicine Licensure as a medical doctor in Texas Experience in clinical work and medical supervision Residency training preferred
