Marshall is a nonprofit community healthcare provider located in the Sierra Foothills, offering a friendly and welcoming environment. Our group consists of 8 anesthesiologists providing services at the main hospital campus in Placerville (4 ORs, an endoscopy room and cath lab) and a nearby outpatient surgery center in Cameron Park (2 ORs and 2 endoscopy rooms).
Enjoy a healthy work-life balance with a 1:8 call from home (no OB) and a post-call day off. With a one-year partnership track, you'll have the opportunity for group autonomy, ownership, financial freedom, and long-term stability. Student loan forgiveness is available through PSLF.
