Reporting to the Head of Retail Media, as a Retail Media Director, you will be an important contributor in leading media strategy and team development. Your main responsibilities will include management and growth of a portfolio of accounts, driving business conversations with clients, and developing successful Retail Media strategies through cross-disciplinary collaboration. Responsibilities: Oversee a portfolio of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and business growth. Build strong client relationships and understand their business goals. Create and deliver large-scale, data-driven strategies for clients. Project manage initiatives within the media plan. Create professional client-facing documents highlighting clear and actionable performance insights. Collaborate with Business Development to create innovative strategies for prospective clients. Align with leaders across the business to create best practices, develop processes, and promote knowledge-sharing. Mentor and educate junior staff to enhance platform expertise, client performance, and individuals' ongoing personal development. Qualifications: Proficiency in overseeing the management & success of a large client portfolio. Demonstrated expertise in retail media advertising sponsored ads and DSP platforms. Experience working with Vendor & Seller Central, Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC), and 3rd party bid management platforms such as Skai or Pacvue. Familiarity with demonstrating a structured way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demands. Experience managing media budgets over $1 million while hitting/outperforming KPIs. Full funnel media planning experience taking into account several ad formats, audiences, and seasonal periods. Comprehensive understanding of the retail industry. Experience managing a team. Advanced Excel (can perform complex functions) / Google Sheets.
