Our client is an architecture and design firm based in New York City with a focus on retail projects in the United States and internationally.

We are seeking an Intermediate Architect / Project Manager with 5–8 years of professional experience. This is a full-time, in-office position. The role will involve project development from schematic design through construction, with responsibilities including design, documentation, coordination, and project management. Strong Revit skills are essential, including experience with construction documents and family creation.

The requirements of the role are : 5–8 years of professional experience in an architecture or design firm Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (or related field) High proficiency in Revit (construction documents and families); AutoCAD a plus Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite; Rhino, 3D Studio Max, or Vray a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
