Job Title: Interim Psychiatric Director of Nursing (Potential to Go Permanent) Location: Warrenville, SC Pay Range: $47.33 $59.16 per hour We are seeking an experienced and dynamic nursing leader to serve as the Interim Psychiatric Director of Nursing at our behavioral health unit in Warrenville, SC. This role is responsible for overseeing nursing operations, staff development, and patient care quality, with the potential to transition into a permanent position . Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership for all psychiatric nursing services, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.

Develop and manage orientation, training, and continuing education programs for nursing staff.

Oversee staffing, productivity, and budget management to align with organizational goals.

Collaborate with medical staff on behavioral health program planning and implementation.

Ensure regulatory compliance and participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

Support retention strategies and monitor staff performance, accountability, and development.

Coordinate clinical rotations with educational partners and foster student-to-practice transitions.

Promote a positive, safety-focused, and service-driven work environment.

Qualifications: Education: Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program. Master s degree in Nursing required. Behavioral health specialization preferred or relevant experience in lieu.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of healthcare experience (nursing preferred) and at least 5 years of management experience.

Licensure/Certification: Active South Carolina RN license and current CPR certification required.
