• Sell auto insurance to new customers with a consultative approach
• Support existing clients with policy changes and service needs
• Handle customer payments and follow up on past due accounts
• Answer incoming calls and assist with general inquiries
• Provide bilingual support for Spanish-speaking clients

• Must be licensed in Property & Casualty (or willing to obtain within 90 days after hire)
• Training and licensing materials provided by the employer, if needed
• Prior customer service or sales experience preferred
• Fluent in Spanish and English (bilingual required)
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport
