Responsibilities
- With your excellent relationship-building talents, youll be following up with clients to maintain client retention and satisfaction.
- Using your excellent sales presentation skills, you'll be working with clients to develop insurance quotes, cross-sell and round out client accounts, assist with policy changes, and shop for renewals.
- Utilizing your negotiation skills, youll be overcoming objections and winning back former clients.
- Your outstanding customer service skills will be essential in taking payments, obtaining and updating client information, issuing insurance documentation, and obtaining referrals.
- Using your excellent problem-solving skills you will be scheduling appointments and educating & advising clients on the best policies for their unique needs.
Requirements
- An Active GA Property & Casualty License is Required.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and professional phone etiquette.
- Tech-savvy with data entry and Agency Management System experience.
- Critical thinker with the ability to multitask.
