O2 Employment Services is working with a local Insurance Company who is looking for a Licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time, regular opportunity in Redding, CA.

Insurance Customer Service Representative Compensation: • $21 an hour • Full-time Monday-Friday Schedule • Vision, dental, and medical insurance offered through O2 • Company perks!

Insurance Customer Service Representative Qualifications: • 1-2 years of experience in Insurance - preferred but not required. • Must have an active Property and Casualty Insurance license - Required. • Knowledge of commercial and personal business line insurance products and policies. • Ability to communicate complex insurance concepts in a clear and concise manner to clients. • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building strong client relationships. • Proficient in computer skills. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Insurance Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: • Answer inbound and outbound phone calls. • Set appointments for policy renewals and meetings. • Fielding calls to the correct agent if needed. • Updating and processing changes to active policies, • Assisting customers over the phone and in person for their policies. • Other duties as assigned.
