Responsibilities

Claim Processing: Manage incoming claims, evaluate coverage, and facilitate the claims process to ensure timely resolution.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and claims for reference and compliance purposes.

Customer Advocacy: Advocate for customers' needs within the company, ensuring their voices are heard and their concerns are addressed promptly.
