Responsibilities Client Interaction: Engage directly with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are understood and met with a personalized approach. Support Services: Provide outstanding customer service by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. Policy Guidance: Assist clients in navigating and comprehending their insurance policies and coverages. Bilingual Communication: Utilize English and Spanish skills effectively to communicate with a diverse client base. Documentation: Maintain accurate and updated client records in compliance with agency policies and regulations. Proactive Outreach: Contact clients regularly to ensure they have up-to-date information on their policies and coverages.
Requirement Licensing: Must possess active Nevada state Property & Casualty Insurance License. Bilingual Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential to effectively communicate with a diverse client base. Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is highly desirable.Comm unication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities in both English and Spanish. Customer Service: Strong commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction. Team Collaboration: Ability to work well within a team and independently.
