High-Impact Work: Defend execs in complex fiduciary/shareholder suits alongside seasoned partners Competitive Compensation package Career Growth: Clear partner track in growing corporate defense group; mentorship from Partners Full benefits package Job Details Key Responsibilities Manage D&O insurance claims from investigation through resolution, including policy interpretation and coverage analysis Defend C-suite officers/directors in breach of fiduciary duty, shareholder derivative, and securities litigation matters Advise corporate clients on indemnification rights, advancement obligations, and D&O policy triggers Collaborate with insurance carriers on tender processes, Side A/B/C coverage disputes, and settlement strategy Conduct discovery, depositions, and motion practice in federal/state courts involving executive liability Qualifications JD from accredited law school; active Ohio state bar license 2-4 years D&O, securities litigation, or insurance coverage defense experience Familiarity with corporate governance disputes, Caremark claims, and policyholder-side D&O work Strong academic credentials; experience at insurance defense or business litigation firm ideal Excellent writing, research, and client counseling skills Interested in hearing more?
