What We Are Looking For We currently have opportunities to support our retail broker clients in various roles focused on Commercial and/or Personal Lines Claims. Key responsibilities include: Prepare and submit First Report of Claims to carriers. Document, track, and manage claims assignments. Communicate effectively with clients/insureds, carriers/adjusters, and internal team members. Utilize our agency management system to log communications and monitor claims. Generate comprehensive claims reports. Experience with an agency management system is preferred; especially, familiarity with Epic is highly sought after. To Become a Part of Our Work-at-Home Vintage Expert Team, You Should Have: 25 years of full-time work experience. 10 recent years of experience in Commercial and/or Personal Lines Property & Casualty insurance, specifically in claims management within a retail broker environment.
