ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Matt Poston State Farm Insurance is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Insurance Account Representative, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
  • Comfortable communicating with clients via email, phone and text.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Proactive and solutions based mindset
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer to sale needs-based insurance products.
  • Current Property & Casualty license.
  • Life & Health Casualty license acquired within 60 days of employment.
