As Insurance Account Representative for The Joan Hackett Insurance Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide information about insurance products and services.
Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Maryland Property and Casualty License required
Work well with other team members
Goal Oriented

Compensation: $37,500.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Our office is open Monday through Fridaty 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
I have been a State Farm agent since 1992.
I am a proud graduate of University of Maryland.
We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
We have 66 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
