May be called upon, at the discretion of management to perform comparable duties of a similar or related nature and/or to assist in other areas where staffing shortages exist.Duties and Responsibilities:Answer phone in a timely manner and enter information into database.Respond to customer requests and take appropriate action as needed.Responsible for calling on assigned accounts on scheduled call days and notifying supervisor of any off day deliveries.Responsible for executing monthly priorities and objectives and Team goals.Notify supervisor of account changes as they pertain to call day, delivery day and hours of operation.Update supervisor on competitive information in designated territory.Maintain a safe working environment in designated territory.Maintain a professional image at all timesJob Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesExcellent attention to detail.Works independently with little or no supervision.Promotes CCD teamwork.Excellent customer service skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.Reports to work at theMesafacility on a regular and timely basis. Ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent.
