Ayming USA is looking for an Inside Sales Team Lead to join our Sales Team. Your main responsibilities will be : Organizes and oversees the schedules, territories, and performance of regional and local inside sales managers. Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets. Provides leadership to the sales team by motivating and encouraging the sales team to ensure quotas are met. Identify decision-makers, schedule meetings, meet qualified prospects, and execute appropriate sales techniques and cycle to close sales. Work with management to develop sales/marketing strategies and to penetrate new markets.

Qualifications

4-year degree 3 years of professional sales experience (Tax related industry experience not required) Verbal and written communication skills in a variety of consultative settings, including demonstrated experience with C-level executives or business owners About You  : Tax related industry experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs
