Pay Rate: $21/hr on W2 (no benefits)
Contract Duration: 1 year (Start date- Tentatively 1st week October)
Schedule: 24x7x365 support environment
We are seeking experienced IT Customer Service professionals with strong live chat support skills to join our team in South Jordan, UT, and Columbus, OH.
As the first point of contact for end users, the Service Desk Chat Agent provides technical support via live chat and phone, troubleshoots enterprise software and hardware issues, and ensures a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide real-time IT support via chat and phone
Manage multiple conversations simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Accurately document actions and resolutions in the ticketing system
Deliver high levels of first-contact resolution
Collaborate with colleagues while maintaining professionalism and empathy
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in chat support and/or IT customer service
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and adapt quickly
High school diploma or GED required
Experience in technical support preferred
