Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant/Toddler and Preschool Teachers to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the minds of young children and providing them with a strong foundation for their education. You will create a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and develop essential skills.

MUST HAVE MARYLAND REQUIRED TRAINING IN CHILD DEVELOPMENT; PRESCHOOL AND INFANT/TODDLER CURRICULUM OR COLLEGE COURSES IN ECE. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IFYOU HAVE NOT COMPLETED THE REQUIRED TRAINING.

Responsibilities - Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities - Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for children - Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in each child - Monitor and assess individual student progress - Collaborate with parents to support each child's educational journey - Maintain open communication with colleagues and administrators - Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and well-maintained - Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior

Skills - Strong understanding of childhood development principles - Experience working with children in a classroom setting - Effective behavior management skills - Knowledge of special education practices and techniques - Familiarity with early childhood education curriculum frameworks - Ability to provide nurturing care for infants and toddlers - Excellent classroom management skills - Passion for working with preschool-aged children
