Position Summary
We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician I to support facility and equipment maintenance operations at our Verona, WI site. In this role, you will assist in the maintenance, repair, and improvement of production equipment and utilities used in the manufacture of biological products. Youll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance and structural repairs on non-critical equipment
Assist with scheduled maintenance (PMs) on critical systems and equipment
Respond to unscheduled maintenance requests via the CMMS system in a timely manner
Accurately document all repairs, alarms, and maintenance activities per SOPs
Support small engineering and facilities projects under supervision
Respond to after-hours alarms as part of the on-call rotation
Adhere to SOPs, quality protocols, and health & safety procedures
Follow all directives from Quality Assurance and Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) teams
Perform other duties as assigned

Proficient with hand and power tools
Basic troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 1 year of experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing environment preferred
Technical certifications or training in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance are a plus
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
Lift up to 50 lbs
Perform tasks in areas that require fall protection
Visual inspection and attention to detail
Must be able to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
Working Conditions
Includes outdoor work in various weather conditions
