Seasonal Stc Advocate

As a Seasonal STC Advocate, you'll be the friendly face customers meet when they sell their vehicle to us. Since our process is entirely online, you'll likely be the first and only in-person interaction they have-and that makes you the VIP of their experience.

This isn't just a delivery gig. It's a chance to create a one-of-a-kind moment that leaves customers saying, "Wow, that was actually awesome." You'll have the freedom to go above and beyond to make sure every interaction is smooth, memorable, and maybe even fun.

Handle 6 to 8 customer appointments per day, each one a chance to make someone's day

Drive a company-owned vehicle to customers' homes to finalize their vehicle sale or purchase

Greet customers warmly, inspect the vehicle they're selling, and guide them through paperwork on an iPad

Accurately complete digital documents and take detailed notes in our tracking system

Prioritize safe driving and maintain a clean driving record in line with CMV Driver Qualification standards

Pitch in with your team when needed-whether it's logistics, coordination, or just lending a hand

A sense of humor and a genuine passion for delivering great customer experiences

Enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and self-motivated personality

High School Diploma or equivalent

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Comfort with technology (iPads, apps, digital forms)

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

The pay range for this position is $16.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Old Hickory, TN 37138.
