Key Responsibilities: Screen and assess patients for mental health and substance abuse disorders. Utilize various therapeutic approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy to treat mental health conditions. Monitor and track patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Active and unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) in Florida. Eligibility to enroll as a provider in the Medicare program or the ability to terminate opt-out prior to starting. Preferred Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience providing behavioral health services post-master's degree. Experience in providing therapy to individuals and families. Proficiency in using computers for communication and documentation. Able to work both independently and as part of a team. The salary range for this position is between $53,800 and $114,300 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This position may require an AHCA Level II background check (fingerprinting) by the State of Florida for clinicians with direct patient contact or access to confidential data, with renewals every five years.
