Key Responsibilities: Remove and install HVAC parts and systems Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC equipment Prepare precise repair estimates Educate customers on HVAC components and solutions as needed Perform regular system maintenance Mentor and train junior team members Communicate effectively with clients and customers Ensure compliance with local HVAC codes Assist with other tasks as directed by management, subject to change based on company needs

Ideal Candidate: Holds an EPA certification or is willing to become certified immediately Strong relationship-building skills based on teamwork, trust, and mutual respect Positive attitude and a commitment to excellence Good communication skills Willingness to learn and stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies

Requirements: 2+ years of HVAC service experience EPA Certification Ability to lift 50-100 lbs regularly Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and on ladders
