Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems.- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on heating and cooling systems.- Complete system start-ups, inspections, and testing per manufacturer standards and local codes.- Educate customers on their systems, recommend improvements, and explain available service options or upgrades.- Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle and tools.- Document all work performed and ensure service tickets are completed accurately.- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, teammates, and dispatchers.- Participate in an on-call rotation every 6th week to handle after-hours service needs.- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.- Familiarity with Customer Service software such as Servicetitan
Qualifications- Required:- 2 years of hands-on HVAC service experience (residential preferred).- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal).- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.- Excellent communication and customer service skills.- Preferred:- Experience with smart thermostats, zoning systems, and IAQ solutions.- Familiarity with ServiceTitan or other field service management software.- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality, efficient work.

Schedule- Full-Time: Monday-Friday- On-call every 6th week (after-hours rotation)
Location- Field-based role serving residential customers throughout the service area. Daily travel to customer homes required.
