HVAC Service Manager
Starting Salary: $85K (based on experience)

We’re seeking a results-driven HVAC Service Manager to lead our service team, ensure operational excellence, and drive business growth. This role oversees safety, technician performance, customer relations, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Enforce and evaluate safety protocols
Hire, train, and manage HVAC technicians and admin staff
Monitor job quality, scheduling, and dispatch
Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve concerns
Manage resources and optimize service profitability
Review performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
3+ years in HVAC management/supervision
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and service operations
Proficient in Microsoft Office and service-related technology
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license; occasional travel and flexible schedule required
State HVAC license(s) preferred
Additional Info
Must be able to occasionally climb ladders and lift up to 25 lbs
Work includes job site visits, sometimes outdoor or mechanical environments
Strong organizational skills and self-motivation essential
