TE Certified Heating and Air is expanding its HVAC service department. TE is looking for a Residential HVAC Service Manager to spearhead our company's growth. This position requires someone with the knowledge and skill to successfully run and improve a service department. Ideal candidates should: Have significant residential HVAC service experience, excellent troubleshooting and training abilities, and a good understanding of the residential HVAC service, sales, and install process. Be able to run a service department and handle management-level responsibilities, including recruiting, training, coaching, and instructing HVAC service technicians. Be comfortable fielding technical phone calls, as well as handling difficult situations and demanding customers. Be confident riding along and training new technicians. Be able and willing to teach technicians how to repair and service HVAC systems, as well as train on customer service and sales. Be comfortable and confident operating a first-class HVAC service department within an established business. This position is well suited for a senior technician or manager with strong technical abilities and good management skills who lives in or near the Lawrenceville area.
