Reviews project proposals or plans to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project. Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of project and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel as required/necessary. Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority. Coordinates project activities regarding government regulatory or other governmental agencies such as required project permitting. Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required. Establishes a professional relationship with the customer and interfaces constantly to maintain accurate status reports and project reviews. Prepares project reports for management, client, or others. Responsible for timely completion of assigned projects and customer satisfaction, along with maintaining the accuracy of the forecasted cost at completion. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience 3+ years of Project Management experience Commercial HVAC industry experience Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position. #LI-JK1
