Human Services Senior Supervisor - Ses - 67011754 - Sunland - Unit 3

The primary function of this position is to provide overall management and supervision to staff assigned and to provide oversight to the active treatment programs of the residents to ensure the operations of the facility. Ability to document and ensure documentation is completed as required.

The work you will do includes: supervising direct care staff, completing assessments and developing objectives, supervising and monitoring the implementation of training programs, providing training and development activities, ensuring quality direct care services, documenting and reporting events, and attending and conducting meetings.

Minimum qualifications include: willingness to perform essential services, supervisory and direct care experience, and certifications in Prevention and Safety Strategies, CPR, and Direct Care In-Service. Knowledge of problem-solving techniques, ability to assume administrative responsibility, and ability to supervise people are also required.
