Summary The Human Resource (HR) Business Partner acts as an internal consultant and strategic partner, driving business outcomes and translating needs into a people strategy that fosters a customer-centric culture. This role supports business growth through talent strategy, utilizing market knowledge, analytics, and HR organizational capabilities. Provides strategic influence and vision with a 3-5 year outlook. Responsibilities Develop frameworks to assess organizational capabilities, identify gaps, and update role profiles as needed. Lead succession planning for assigned groups, ensuring key talent is developed or acquired. Assist in optimizing organizational design to enhance productivity and performance. Partner with leaders to evaluate change initiatives and develop change management strategies. Share HR insights to improve employee experience and drive digital adoption. Utilize HR resources and analytics to inform strategies on culture, leadership, and workforce planning. Lead strategic workforce planning to ensure agility and future readiness. Implement talent management programs such as performance reviews and goal setting. Competencies Accountability, analysis and decision-making, customer service, effective communication, problem-solving, relationship management, adaptability, professional behavior. Education and Certification Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required. HR certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred. Master's degree is a plus. Experience Minimum of 3 years in Human Resources, with strategic consulting experience preferred. Working Conditions Primarily office work with physical requirements including keyboard use, sitting, standing, and working at a computer for extended periods. Additional Information This role requires critical thinking, effective communication, and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of employment laws and HR analytics is essential. Must work well under stress and in a diverse environment.
