Your Opportunity:
With a strategic role, as HR Manager Retail EMEA, you will provide full cycle HR support and thought partnership with headquarter and Field. You will manage and coordinate programs, policies, and priorities of Retail Division for their region; you will also assist in employee relations, recruiting and retention strategies, performance management review, training initiatives, conflict resolution, management development and employment policies and practices. You will also implement our HR Commercial strategy to ensure we continue to build strong, highly engaged teams who are well poised for continued growth. In addition, you will also advise the store management and retail operations team regarding employee relations and HR policies and procedures.
Your Contribution:
Implement all HR processes in an integrated way and consistently with regional people strategy.
Partner with line management and stakeholders providing HR guidance and support;
Be responsible for all HR activities in the assigned markets such as talent acquisition, people development, performance management, employee relations.
Actively support engagement initiatives and promote positive employee relations in the work environment;
Analyse HR trends and metrics to develop solutions, and actions;
Manage and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations;
Provide guidance and input on retail workforce planning to maximise store productivity.
Identify training needs for the store network and individual coaching needs for Store Managers
Participate in the definition, planning and implementation of Training plans; participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.
Support Administration in delivering employment contracts in accordance with employment law, support potential disciplinary and termination process. Understand all legal implications to define a plan accordingly and comply with legal obligations. Handle procedures related to dismissal, resignation, retirements.
Handle dialogue with Unions, social partners, works councils on Individual and collective bargaining, labour agreements negotiation;
Understand and utilize reporting tools to analyse the business and makes recommendations for adjustments to increase sales and profitability.
Monitor the monthly evolution of both headcount and budget liaising with HR Cost Controlling Department
Your Skills:
Solid previous experience in HR field and at least 6 years in a similar role in Retail Fashion industry
Passion and expertise in people management, retail environment and HR activities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies;
Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors;
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines;
Good Skills on Microsoft Excell and Power Point;
French bilingual and fluency in English, any additional language is a plus.
