Experience Desired: Retail, Supply Chain or Manufacturing experience

Travel Required: Regional - Daily, 25 - 50%
Job Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to Business leaders, assist to carry out their business and functional plans
Build and leverage relationships at all levels throughout the organization, inform and assist others while being viewed as a valued, trusted, and credible business partner
Work with business leaders to effectively lead and execute all annual people initiatives for the organization Lead in the implementation of the organization’s performance management process through coaching, educating, and providing feedback at the Regional, District and
Store level
Leverage HR Centers of Excellence to assist in providing strategic guidance to clients to implement solutions for TM relations issues trends, patterns, learning, talent acquisition
Support store leadership by addressing and following up on all Reasonable Accommodations and performing Interactive Dialogues to ensure compliance
Act as the escalation point to provide guidance to management, including investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and performance improvement counseling
Identify and capitalize on opportunities to drive and/or lead change•
Foster a culture that is diverse and inclusive, in line with the strategic goals of the organization, team building, organizational development, engagement and accountability•
Facilitate effective change management initiatives
Present options to leaders on organizational structure to aid in Transformation of roles and responsibilities while leveraging global capabilities
Identify and deliver training, both compliance and leadership, to client work group(s) (e.g., workplace environment, diversity, equity, and inclusion). Facilitate the
identification and development support for diverse talent cross the org.
Exit interview and VOTM feedback assessment and follow up on critical feedback.
Serve as an advocate for our TM’s and work to resolve team members HR related questions and issues or teach TM’s to be self-reliant
Explain and interpret company and countries rules, regulations, policies, and procedures for team members and management
Coordinate and participate in the planning, recruiting, qualifying, screening and selection of candidates for employment
