The primary responsibilities of your role: Day-to-day cleaning tasks. This includes housekeeping across multiple buildings on property. Ensuring that the weekly cleaning schedule is planned around the event calendar. Making sure that all of our indoor spaces are extremely clean for a top-notch client and guest experience. Cleaning and maintaining the owner’s suite. Ensuring that daily cleaning tasks are complete. Cleaning and maintaining Hewitt House, ensuring it is presentable at all times. This includes ensuring all bedrooms, kitchens, common areas, and all bathrooms are clean and organized. Weekly/ Monthly/ Seasonal Deep Cleaning tasks. This includes deep cleaning the stairs in Gracie Ballroom, dusting for cobwebs in all common areas, deep cleaning the rugs/carpet, cleaning the chair cushions, and assisting in furniture cleaning. etc. Launder team uniforms and linens as needed. Communicate with the operations staff on the need for cleaning supplies as well as inventory for restrooms in each location.
What will make you stand out: Minimum 3 years of venue, rental property, or hotel housekeeping experience. Cleaning experience in a luxury home or property. Knowledge of cleaning practices and materials appropriate for antiques, marble tile, and delicate objects.
