• Perform routine maintenance on hotel equipment and facilities
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Respond to maintenance requests from guests and staff in a timely manner
• Inspect and maintain building systems to ensure they meet safety regulations
• Keep accurate maintenance records and create maintenance schedules

• Previous experience in hotel maintenance or a related field
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to maintaining hotel facilities
