From guest rooms to common areas, you'll be the behind-the-scenes hero helping us deliver a clean, comfortable, and memorable stay every time.Key ResponsibilitiesRoom Cleaning & MaintenanceClean and tidy guest rooms daily, including changing linens, vacuuming floors, dusting, and sanitizing bathrooms.Replenish guest amenities and supplies such as towels, toiletries, and minibar items.Report any maintenance issues or damages to the maintenance team or supervisor.Common Area CleaningClean hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, elevators, and other public areas as scheduled.Maintain the cleanliness of housekeeping carts, closets, and equipment.Guest ServiceRespond promptly to guest requests (e.g., extra towels, pillows).Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through professional and courteous service.Compliance & SafetyFollow all health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.Use cleaning chemicals properly and safely.Follow hotel policies on key control and guest privacy.QualificationsPrior experience in housekeeping or hospitality Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
