Front Desk Supervisor

The Front Desk Supervisor oversees daily front office operations to ensure guests receive exceptional service from arrival to departure. This role supports hotel management by supervising staff, resolving guest concerns, and maintaining smooth, efficient desk operations.

How You Will Create the Extraordinary

1. Complete team member schedules for the department.
2. Process incoming and outgoing reservations.
3. Ensure timely and friendly guest check-in/check-out process.
4. Set-up room blocks.
5. Verify transactions for accuracy and correct errors as needed.
6. Coach and counsel team members.
7. Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Microsoft Word and Excel experience
• Ability to operate office equipment and multi-line phones.
• Perform under pressure in an interruptive environment.
• High School Degree or GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to obtain a valid state gaming license.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Frequent pushing, pulling, bending and walking.
• May be subject to smoking environment, moderate noise and bright lights.
