Join our team at Margaritaville Island Hotel & Spa, located in Pigeon Forge, TN as a Host/Hostess where you will be the first point of contact for our guests, embodying the laid-back island spirit and ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Your role is crucial in creating memorable experiences for our guests from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and inviting demeanor as they enter the establishment.
• Manage seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow.
• Provide guests with menus and inform them of any specials or promotions.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Uphold company standards for customer service, hospitality, and guest satisfaction.
• Support fellow team members in delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
• Proficiency in phone etiquette and using Point of Sale (POS) systems is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Passion for providing top-notch guest services and creating a welcoming environment.
