Hospice Human Resources Manager in Gold River, California We are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic Hospice Human Resources Manager who is committed to fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance, and providing exceptional support to employees. In this key role, you will lead HR operations for our Gold River care center, overseeing onboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. Our Hospice Human Resources Managers enjoy some notable benefits: Salary – $70,000 – $85,000 annually, based on experience.
Consistent Hours – Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM.

As a Hospice Human Resources Manager, here’s a big picture view of what you’ll do: Serve as the primary HR point of contact for the Gold River care center, partnering with leadership to ensure smooth HR operations.
Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting support, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and offboarding.
Manage HRIS functions, ensuring accurate employee records and timely reporting.
Support compliance tracking for licenses, certifications, and required trainings.
Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
Foster a positive work environment through engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and effective communication.
A few must-haves for a Hospice Human Resources Manager: Four (4) year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Five (5) years of progressive human resources experience, preferably in healthcare or a related field.
Proficiency in payroll and HRIS systems (ADP preferred).
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
