Location: Based in Sebring Your Role as a Physical Therapist: Travel to patients’ homes to provide personalized physical therapy services that support recovery and independence. Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate each patient’s condition and rehabilitation needs. Develop and implement goal-oriented treatment plans in collaboration with patients and caregivers. Guide and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure high-quality care Qualifications: Unencumbered Florida Physical Therapy License (required). Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation (required). Experience with OASIS documentation (preferred). CPR Certification (preferred).
