This part-time position will cover Skokie, Evanston, Northbrook, Highland Park, the Northern part of Chicago and surrounding areas.

What you’ll do in this role:

• Phlebotomist to draw blood per Physician order.

• Report all results to Registered Nurse Case Manager

• Phlebotomist draw blood from peripheral only draws.

• Complete documentation on every patient within 24 hour period.

We are looking for compassionate Phlebotomist with:

• Certification in phlebotomy

• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations

• A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting

• The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
